I know, I know… gingerbread and it’s not even Spring!? I’m sure some people are thinking this but if you love gingerbread as much as I do, you can eat it any time! These are my gingerbread protein bites!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup extra fine almond flour
- 1/3 cup Smart 138 Foods vanilla pea protein powder
- 1 to 2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any other type nut milk
- 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 to 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Shape into 12 to 15 balls.
- Store in the refrigerator.
