Gingerbread Protein Bites (Gluten Free)

I know, I know… gingerbread and it’s not even Spring!? I’m sure some people are thinking this but if you love gingerbread as much as I do, you can eat it any time!  These are my gingerbread protein bites! 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup extra fine almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Smart 138 Foods vanilla pea protein powder
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any other type nut milk
  • 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 to 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
  • Shape into 12 to 15 balls.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
