This self-service website feature allows you to search by:

  • Lot Number = Exact Match
  • Product Name = Newest Batch Only
  • Barcode = Newest Batch Only

If you search by lot number and can't find the results, then it is most likely because that lot number has not been uploaded yet.  Please try searching by product name instead to view the results for the most recent batch.

Product Questions

Do you offer free samples?

As much as we would love to give out free samples, the shipping cost would be too high for it to make sense.

We recommend purchasing the smallest size of an item first as your sample.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months. A few products are limited to 12-18 months.

Why does my bag/bottle seem like it is not full?

All products are sold by weight (not volume), so you are actually getting the correct amount. The density of each product varies and powders will settle during shipping.

Are your products really gluten free?

Psyllium Husk and Xanthan Gum are batch tested and confirmed to be gluten free with less than 20ppm as per FDA guidelines.

All other products are free of gluten ingredients (except Vital Wheat) and packaged in the same facility that makes our batch tested Psyllium Husk and Xanthan Gum products following the same GMP guidelines.

What is the allergy cross-contamination risk?

We take allergies and food safety very seriously. The FDA states major food allergens are as follows: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame and soy.

All of our products have some risk of cross-contamination simply due to the fact that our facility processes other products that contain some or all of the allergens listed above.

If you are affected by allergens, we recommend you do not take the risk.

Are your products Kosher or Halal certified?

Most of our raw ingredients come with Kosher and Halal documents, but the licensing fees required to claim Kosher or Halal would raise the price of our products significantly.

Returns / Refunds

How do I process a return?

Sorry, food products are not returnable for health and safety reasons.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?

Sorry this happened. Don't worry, we are here to help make it right.

Please email us a photo of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement shipped.
