What is California Prop 65?
Officially called the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, Prop 65 is a California law that requires businesses with 10 or more employees to warn consumers about significant exposures to chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
