Food Products (Strictly Non-Returnable)
Due to strict food safety guidelines, all food products are non-returnable.
We want you to have a great experience, so if your food item arrives damaged, defective, or expired, you may request a refund or replacement at no charge. Please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with details of your concern.
Food orders are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions (including but not limited to):
- The request is made more than seven (7) days after delivery.
- You do not like the taste of the product.
- The resealable zipper broke after opening.
- You did not see or read the allergy warning prior to purchase.
Non-Food Products
- Returns for non-food products ordered directly from 138foods.com are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in new, unopened packaging.
- Free Gifts & Promotional Items: We occasionally offer free bonus products or gift add-ons during special promotions! Because these are complimentary bonuses, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacement value.
How to Return Eligible Non-Food Items:
- Email us your return request along with your order number.
- If approved, you will receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
- Ship the product to the following address: 138 Foods, Inc. 2058 N Mills Ave. Ste #438, Claremont, CA 91711
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, return shipping costs up to $20 can be refunded if the item is found to be defective upon inspection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 days.
Shipping Damage
138foods.com Orders
If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us within seven (7) days. Please include your order number along with pictures of the damaged packaging and spilled product so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and get a replacement shipped to you immediately.
Amazon Orders
- Non-Returnable: In accordance with food safety standards, food products purchased through our Amazon storefront are non-returnable.
- Customer Support: For help with tracking information, lost packages, late deliveries, replacements, shipping damage, or refunds, please contact Amazon directly. We do not have access to their fulfillment systems, and since Amazon shipped your item, we cannot file claims or process refunds on your behalf.
